OC Transpo introduces new service improvements this fall

What's Happening OC Transpo will introduce many improvements this fall to meet the transit needs of residents across the city, including new services to growing communities, increased service on busy routes, improved connections, expanded Park & Ride facilities for commuters, and the new U-Pass for students. Revised schedules also go into effect on most routes on September 5.

What's Happening There have been changes to the development proposal for 114 Richmond Rd. as a result of the Design Review Panel’s recommendations. While these changes have created a better design and look of the site compared to the initial application, there are still some very concerning elements.

Kitchissippi Tops the list for Cash-in-Lieu of Parkland Funding

What's Happening Parks in Kitchissippi will be receiving some much-needed improvements as a result of funding provided through the City’s Cash-in-Lieu of Parkland fund. Such projects as the refurbishment of Hintonburg Park, the new fence at Bayview Park and the new additions to Roy Duncan Park will all benefit through this fund. There are also many other projects that are set to get underway shortly.
